Why Losing Crimea Would Destroy Russia
As part of their ongoing counteroffensive, it is highly anticipated that Ukraine could recapture Crimea before the end of the year - a major move forward in the Ukraine war against Russia - and Putin is starting to show signs of panic.
Crimean fortifications are beginning to pop up all over the peninsula, showing that Russia is afraid of losing the peninsula, along with the implications that a Ukrainian recapture of Crimea would bring.
If Ukraine claimed victory in Crimea, could that spell the end of the war, or at least the end of Vladimir Putin? We'll discuss all of that, and more, including the troubled history of Crimea, and the history behind Russia's Crimean annexation, in this video.
