Why I ALWAYS Exposure Bracket my Photos

Exposure bracketing is common practice in photography, but most people in my experience do it to blend exposures in Lightroom or Photoshop for a HDR look. While most cameras have this feature, and while I use it most if not all of the time, I do it for reasons other than blending.
