When conditions mean that Focus Stacking will not work on the OM1mkII with the 90mm Macro Lens
In this video I show that although Focus Stacking is a brilliant facility on OM System and Olympus cameras, there are conditions when it just will not work. I photograph one of our smallest orchids in the UK - Autum Ladies Tresses. I use the OM1mkII and the 90mm macro lens. In very windy conditions, there will be far too much subject movement between the images in the stack, and in those conditions, using a single exposure, with a fast shutter speed is by far the best option.
