Whats with these American trucks in Australia? So many at the Melbourne 4x4 show.

Some of these American trucks in Australia seem so impractical. Whats the story with them? I visited the 4x4 show and purchased a few things. I saw a great new camper trailer from @goldfieldscampers6024 which looks pretty good. As well as a really impressive setup for disabled people in 4x4.
