I don’t usually get excited about Les Pauls… or Epiphones. But this one? It had me intrigued from the start. The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Widow features a mahogany body with a flamed maple veneer top, a mahogany neck with a medium C profile and scarf joint, an ebony fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, ProBucker Custom humbuckers with CTS potentiometers and quick-connect wiring, a Graph Tech nut, Grover tuners, and a LockTone bridge, finished in an Indigo Burst and priced at $799.
