What is actually the best? ProRes RAW, ProRes 422 or H.265? (w GH6 Firmware 2.0)

Panasonic has just released the 2.0 firmware for the Lumix GH6. This new firmware adds ProRes RAW (external) recording, new ProRes 422 (internal) recording options in additional to the existing ProRes 422 internal recording and other H.264/265 recording options, so I thought this would be a good time to do a video and talk about what is the actual difference between some of these video formats and how to choose the best one for your work.
