You might think that Plankton would still be a failure even if he got his hands on the Krabby Patty secret formula. But once he gets the secret recipe, SpongeBob fails to attract customers with his love-infused burgers. Finally, Plankton could work on his bigger plans. The secret formula was just one tiny part of his plan to turn Bikini Bottom into a darker place. However, it doesn't go as planned since there is someone smarter than Plankton and Karen living in Bikini Bottom.
