They observe him, quick to doll out criticism but stingy with praise. That is especially true on Yavin 4 where Anakin pursues a renegade Sith Acolyte, Assaj Ventress. He pursues her through the jungle and corners her in a set of ancient Sith ruins. As he ignites his lightsaber, she can’t help but smile at the crimson blade as she readies her own. Ventress: Oooh, twinsies. She rushes forward, her blades lighting in the fading sky. Anakin ducks under the sweeping attacks and parries the follow-up, trying to push her back.
