Quiche Base: 6 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper 2 cups of add ins prepared. Place cooked extras on the bottom of a prepared pie plate, pour egg mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until set. Apple Scones 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon pinch nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 1 stick butter grated 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 egg 1/2 cup coconut sugar(or brown sugar) 1 tsp vanilla 1 apple diced Heavy Cream for brushing Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes Icing 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp chai spice Turkey Soup 1 lb prepared turkey or chicken 2 cups sliced carrots 2 cups diced potatoes 1/2 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup sliced leeks(can omit or use onion) 1 cup chopped kale or spinach 4 cups Chicken Broth 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup uncooked pasta 1 cup white cheddar 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup heavy cream Salt and Pepper to taste French Onion Pot roast 3 lb chuck roast seasoned with salt and pepper(can sear if desired) 2 cups sliced onions For the Sauce 1.5 cups beef broth, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp coconut aminos(or soy sauce), 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup white or red wine(optional), 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp dried rosemary. Layer half the onions in a crock pot, placed seasoned roast on top, pour over sauce placing remaining onions on top. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3.5-4 hours.
