What Happened To The SECOND T-Rex In Jurassic Park?

In Jurassic Park and World there was actually supposed to be a smaller T-rex beside the full grown Rexy in the movies. Both the 1993 film and the 2015 sequel get this idea from Michael Crichton and Isla Nublar did have dinosaurs from Site B transported.
