Thanks so much for watching and I hope you get inspired to try out some new recipes! 👩‍🍳 0:00 Intro 1:35 Honey Garlic Chicken 3:14 Burger Bowls 4:48 Hot Honey Salmon Bowls 6:52 Steak w/ Chimichurri 8:57 Curry Soup HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN 2 lbs chicken 1/2 cup coconut aminos 1/2 cup honey 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon sriracha 5 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder 1. Combine all ingredients to bowl. 2. Combine sauce with chicken in slow cooker. 3. Set slow cooker to normal heat and cook for 4 1/2 hours. 4. Serve with rice, roasted veggies, and top with green onion and sesame seeds. BURGER BOWLS 2 large sweet potatoes 1 lb of ground beef 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Burger Sauce: 1/4 cup avocado mayo 1/4 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon garlic powder 4 tablespoons diced pickles 1 tablespoon pickle juice Toppings: Diced red onion Diced tomato Dill pickle slices Avocado Burger sauce HOT HONEY SALMON BOWLS 3 Wild Caught Salmon Fillets 3 tablespoon coconut aminos 1 tablespoon sriracha 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon avocado oil Marinated Veggies: 1 English cucumber, sliced 1 medium carrot, shredded 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt Spicy Mayo Sauce: 1/4 cup avocado mayo 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon sriracha 2 teaspoon honey Toppings: Cilantro Green Onion Avocado STEAK WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE Grass fed sirloin or ribeyes Salt, pepper Chimichurri Sauce: 1/3 cup cilantro 1/3 cup parsley 1/2 yellow onion 1 tablespoon minced garlic 3 tablespoons avocado oil 1/4 red pepper flakes 1 juiced lemon 1. Combine ingredients in food processor and blend till combined. 2. Serve over cooked, sliced steak. Sautéed Green Beans: 1 lb of green beans 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic Salt, pepper 1. Wash green beans 2. Preheat skillet on medium heat with 1 tablespoon avocado oil 3. Sauté green beans with garlic, salt and pepper for 5 minutes 4. Cover with lid, stirring periodically. 5. Cook until tender. Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Large sweet potatoes Drizzle of avocado oil Salt, pepper 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Wash and poke with fork around sweet potato. 3. Cut in half, length wise. 4. Place on baking sheet, skin side down and cook for 15 minutes. 5. Flip sweet potatoes and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until tender. CURRY POTATO SOUP 1 lb Chicken 3-4 cups gold potatoes, peeled and diced 2 cups carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2 yellow onion, diced 2 teaspoon of red curry sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 tablespoons of curry powder 1 15oz can coconut milk 2-3 cups chicken broth depending on how creamy you want 1. Prepare vegetables by peeling and dicing potatoes in one inch cubes. 2. Peel and sliced carrots. 3. Diced onion 4. Preheat dutch oven with avocado oil 5. Cook chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside. 6. In same pot, sautée onion and garlic. 7. Add in potatoes and carrots in pot. 8. Stir in red curry paste, curry powder, and salt. 9. Stir in coconut milk and chicken broth. 10. Cover with lid and cook on medium/low heat till potatoes are fully cooked. 11. Finely sliced chicken and add back in to soup and combine. 12. Serve with warm naan bread and top with cilantro.
