A few months ago we released a video titled "The Paradox of Skill". In that video we described the situation of a game's design focusing more and more on challenging skilled players inadvertently creating a valley of effort that new players would need to cross to play the game - thus leading to fewer total players overall. Today, we are correcting that term. The Paradox of Skill already had a definition in game theory that we wanted to discuss today and correct our terminology error.
