We Built a Custom Trolley for Our Metal Arc Spray Machine! 🛠️ | Shop Made
We’re fabricating a purpose-built trolley for our metal arc spray machine, it’s time to fire up the welder and bring this custom build to life This shop project’s been on our list for a while, and it’s finally time to tick it off. We’re building a heavy-duty trolley cart for our i450 Metal Arc Spray machine. With laser cut parts, wheels, and some 20mm pipe, we set out to fabricate a heavy-duty custom cart that suits our needs perfectly. We start with tacking the frame together, then move on to fabricating the handle using the radius master for a perfect weld fit. After that, it’s on to sorting out the axle for the wheels. We quickly turned it on the lathe and drilled & tapped for mounting the wheels securely. Once everything’s fully welded out, we grind down the welds, give it a fresh coat of paint, and bolt everything together. The final moment? Putting it to the test with the i450! If you’re into practical fabrication, clean shop builds, and real-world problem solving – this one’s for you. Join our channel: We upload new videos every Friday at 5pm AEST!
