Vray Materials Beginner tutorial - 3Ds Max | Realistic Wood + Leather + Metal In this video, you will learn how to create REALISTIC Vray materials and texture using vray light to light up the scene in 3Ds Max. Learning about more in depth and details loading the texture in to create complex realistic metals, matte metal surface, leather, dented damage metal with scratch, old wood and lighting the scene with neo light. This tutorial is suitable for beginner and intermediate user of 3ds Max & Vray. I had made some changes to lighting for the thumbnail render. Brightened up the roughness map for wooden floor , and orange cube wood , and adding a vray light on the right with temperature 3000k , plus changing the top vray light plan to smaller rectangular light with a few copies to cast better light depth on metal ball.
