Today's cactus nursery Kakteenkulturen Matk in Berlin's district of Lichtenrade, was started way back in 1906, so almost 120 years ago .... it has a huge and incredible selection of very healthy and rare plants for sale ... AND also has one of the most impressive PRIVATE COLLECTIONS of cacti & other succulent plants that I have ever seen on display! I think that after the visit there, you will agree with me that this private collection can easily compete, hands down, with most botanical garden succulent greenhouses around the world! And in total, there are also over 1,300 square meters (ca. 14,000 sq. ft.) of greenhouses filled with beautiful cacti & other succulent plants for sale to explore!
