Upon researching about some rough neighborhoods in Portugal more specifically in Porto. I came across this one and kinda didn't think it looked as bad as they made it seem in the news. Sure it is not as dangerous a place as I have been such as in Brazil but it was really shocking the way that some locals reacted to seeing a camera.
