The Parliament Building in Vienna is the seat of the two chambers of the Austrian Parliament, the National Council and the Federal Council. The building contains three meeting rooms, representation rooms as well as offices and conference rooms for the members of parliament. Josefstadt is one of the most charming and historically rich districts in Vienna, offering a unique blend of old-world charm and vibrant city life. The district is full of beautiful 19th-century buildings with intricate facades, grand windows, and elegant detailing. Walking around the streets feels like stepping back in time. Josefstadt is also home to some of Vienna’s finest cultural landmarks, including the Theater in der Josefstadt, one of the oldest and most respected theaters in the city, which has hosted world-class performances since 1788. Like many parts of Vienna, Josefstadt has lovely cafés, perfect for enjoying a coffee while watching the world go by.
