Very LOW Power Arduino - Precise Time Interval Wakeup! using an RTC

Here's a cool way to put your Arduino into an ultra low power deep sleep state, then wake up at a very precise interval, like for 10 seconds, minutes, hours, days, and so on. I'm using an external RTC (Real Time Clock), specifically, the MCP7940.
