Hey guys, if you are signed up for the newsletter you might know that I am currently down in Florida. anxiously awaiting to see what Hurricane Sara is going to do. It looks like this will be my first hurricane experience and I get to do it in a glorified over priced cardboard box or as some people call it a Travel trailer but hey I'm with my wife and kids. lol The reason I bring this up the newsletter is because while down in Miami I have stumbled on one of the most insane properties that I have ever come in contact with. I ended up calling the cops for a wellness check after seeing a massive puddle of dried blood in the living room of the house and a strong smell of death. The situation has taken on a wild turn and I will be sharing more about the story in Monday's newsletter. It's completely free to sign up for the newsletter. So if you do want to know about what is going on in real time, the newsletter is a great way to get a sneak peek on where and what is happening. Just go to Lawncarejuggeranut.com/newsletter to sign up.
As far as this job goes I talked with the neighbor for over an hour about the property and the situation. He also gave me a tour of his garden that he planted with a lot of native Oklahoma plants that I have never seen used in landscaping. It was a really cool experience. I ended up finding out that the homeowner has passed away and its been left untouched since her passing. The neighbor was good friends with her and luckily he had a key to the back gate that was locked up or I would have had to skip that area. He was extremely pleased that I was able to cut both the front and backyard because it was starting to grow through his fence and was making the maintenance on his flowerbed much more difficult. I was able to bag up all the grass in the front yard and haul it away using my East Texas dump trailer and I have got to say since I have been on the road That is the piece of equipment that I am missing the most. It really makes the clean ups so much easier and its really nice not leaving a pile of debris on the curb line. Even though in Florida the city comes to pick the pile up. I left the trailer with my buddy Luke who has a large lawn care business. He will be using it with his crews and I will get his feed back on the dump trailer in the spring. All conversations about equipment will be put on my other channel Lawn Care Juggernaut and if you want to see equipment reviews I will be putting those on Lawn Care Juggernaut Shorts. If you have read this far into the description let me know in the comments by using the word pantaloons (women's baggy trousers gathered at the ankles.) I have never heard this word until today hahaha. Another cool Idea that would be helpful is to share a word and definition in the comments that you think I should use in a future video as the word of the day. As I am filming projects down here in Florida I might just pick your suggestion and work it into a video!
