But deep down, we’re still a part of it— no different from the trees, rivers, and animals. Nature is the foundation of everything we are. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat— it all comes from the earth. By losing touch with this, we risk losing something essential in ourselves. It's time to slow down, take a step back, and remember that we belong to the natural world just as much as it belongs to us.
