Ingredients
400g (3 ¼ cups) bread flour. I used 300g Bread flour and 100g All purpose/plain flour
6g (2 tsp) instant yeast
1 ½ tsp sugar 6g
¾ tsp salt 4g
240ml (1 cup) warm milk (about 40°C/104°F)
25g (1 ¾ tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
Cornmeal or semolina, for dusting
