Ukraine and the Council of Europea are keen to establish a SPECIAL TRIBUNAL. It’s a brand new court, created for a particular grave crime: Crime of aggression, committed by Putin and Russian leadership. That’s why in Ukraine we call it as TRIBUNAL FOR PUTIN.
