In this first episode, I've made my version of the classic tiramisu cake.
Yet, this is a tiramisu like you've never seen before!
It’s packed with a rich coffee flavour, perfectly balanced with cacao and creamy mascarpone. Just as a tiramisu should be, but with more textures wrapped in an elegant design.

- Lady Fingers soaked in Coffee
- Mascarpone Cream
- Milk Chocolate Coffee Cremeux
- Mascarpone Mousse
- Milk Chocolate Mirror Glaze
- Mascarpone Cream with White Chocolate
- Chocolate Decorations
