Turning a CITY VIOLATION into the BEST YARD on the BLOCK for FREE!

The boys and I came across this yard and noticed the City Violation sign sticking in the yard. Looks like it was recently placed there so we had an idea. What if we could turn a city violation yard into the best looking yard on the block. Well we decided to give it a try. This yard had tons of overgrown edges that needed to be done so we spent quite some time on that and then worked our way to the backyard where it has a pretty nasty fence thats covered in poison ivy at the base. I think it came out fantastic so make sure to stick around to the end because we are going to have the boys rate this yard to see if we think we succeeded in our goal.
