TRIP REPORT | Perfection Onboard Emirates Beast! | London to Dubai | Emirates Airbus A380

Emirates Trip Report flying from London Gatwick to Dubai, onboard one of the Emirates A380s, on a beautiful winter morning. A very comfortable flight from London to Dubai on the Emirates Airbus A380. Flying on an A380 is always a synonym for a very comfortable flight. Now, if we are on the Emirates A380, then it gets even better: beautiful cabin, very polite cabin crew, huge legroom...every single piece comes together to make a perfect flight. After a nice exploration of London-Gatwick North Terminal and an even better planespotting session, we boarded our A380 and took off on time from runway 26L in Gatwick. After an initial climb over London, we crossed the English Channel and entered Europe mainland. We flew over Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. From there we entered the Black Sea over Varna, flying on direct course to Turkiye. We crossed all the country over the mountains towards Iraq. After an almost 90° turn we set a southbound course to cross the country, heading to the Persian Gulf, and enjoying some amazing views of the Zagros Mountains, including its highest peak. We flew in direct course to Dubai, where we landed slightly ahead of the scheduled time of arrival. About the onboard service... well, what can I say that you don't already know? It was more than amazing. There were 2 options for the main: chicken or beef. The chicken was Tikka Masala style (Indian) and it was one of the best I've ever had on a plane (and maybe out of it).
