TB22EC, 41BDZ22C766, troubleshoot trimmer, remove powerhead from trimmer shaft, remove clutch drum, remove clutch, remove recoil housing, remove recoil assembly, clean recoil assembly, reassemble recoil assembly, install new starter rope, install new pull cord, reassemble powerhead, reinstall clutch and clutch drum, reinstall powerhead to trimmer shaft, test run
