In December 2021 we visited Minsk to get acquainted with city transport and with railways, and in this video I will show you what we saw.
On the railway there are various beautiful soviet (and also modern) locomotives: ChS4T, BKG1 and BKG2, VL80S and M62, as well as ER9T EMU trains.
Urban transport: trams, MAZ low-floor buses, BKM trolleybuses capable of moving without a contact network, as well as new electric accordion buses. All rolling stock is being built in Minsk.
In the subway, we caught a rare train 81-717 "glasser", what is special about it - I will tell you in the video.
On the second day we went to the city of Lida to photograph locomotives of the Lithuanian Railways. We were lucky to catch 2M62-0600 - the only green Lithuanian locomotive, also a rare ER20 locomotive arrived.
Thus, in this video you will see almost all the interesting locomotives that are found in Belarus, as well as almost all the city transport available in Minsk.
