Since last summer I stopped drinking, started working out, put more of a focus on eating a clean diet, became a reader, a better employee at work, have taken social media more seriously, started budgeting and working towards more minimal living... and so much more! On my journey to improve all aspects of my life, I document my progress and post weekly vlogs every Monday at noon to share my progress. I also post a few other videos every month that go more in-depth on related topics. One of the things that has helped me on my journey of self-improvement is really reflecting on my progress and being honest with myself about where I was successful and where I could use some improvement. This allows me to make a plan and reset for the next month.
