Tracing and making colored layers in Inkscape

This was a request from a viewer. She wanted to trace Chip from Beauty and the Beast. In this video, I'll find a usable image of him, trace him, create all the colored layers and put a solid background behind him, then bring the svg into Design Space for cutting.
