Torres EVX review: Who made THIS?

The Torres is essentially SsangYong with a new name. Yes, that’s right the Korean brand is back and it’s essentially been rebadged as KGM Motors. This is the EVX, an all-new electric SUV, named after the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. It is advertised as “being bold, rugged and confident”; with promo videos on the Torres home page (petrol version, not yet available in the UK) showing it go off the beaten track, climbing a mountain, and even pulling a wakeboarder, while glossy pictures of the electric version hint that it has some off-road capability. We thought it would be fun to try and recreate some of those scenarios and find out whether this is the closest thing to a new electric Land Rover right now? What’s good?
