Top Tip Tuesday - Redshift Cellular Particles
For this Top Tip Tuesday, we create two complementary Redshift materials to achieve a stylised micro-cell render effect. We first create a material using a Fresnel node to produce a glowing ring of emitted light around each particle before turning our attention to the mesher. For this, we craft a transmissive material that brings the look to life. By adjusting the dispersal settings, we separate the light rays as they refract through the mesh, creating beautiful, prismatic color effects. Together, these materials deliver a simple yet striking visual — perfect for adding depth, glow, and style to your particle renders. Stay inspired!
