An issue often associated with managing SPF records is something called ‘Too many DNS lookups’. When the number of DNS queries from your SPF record crosses the 10 lookup limit, the email receivers could skip those lookup terms. This could cause an SPF fail. As a result, the emails sent on your behalf have a higher chance of not reaching your intended receivers due to the missing authentication.
It needs no explanation that this has a massive negative impact on your email campaign response, deliverability, and overall marketing activities.
