TM1638 Display with ESPHome and MQTT for Home Assistant

The TM1638 7-segment display has just recently received support in ESPHome. I'll cover the board itself, wiring it up to a Wemos D1 Mini ESP8266 and then discuss using the display both with ESPHome or how it can be used with MQTT in Home Assistant.
