Three Israeli hostages have been released by Hamas as Israel is due to release 369 Palestinian prisoners in exchange. Iair Horn, 46, US-Israeli Sagui Dekel Chen, 36, and Russian-Israeli Alexander (Sasha) Troufanov, 29 were taken from the same kibbutz on 7 October, in the Hamas attack that sparked the latest war in Gaza.
