Luckily, the next door neighbor saw me over there and came out to talk. She told me a good friend of her used to live here but it’s a city owned house and they are trying to liquidate all of their homes. So they made their tenants vacate, they boarded up the windows, and the homes have been sitting for a while. The next door neighbor runs a daycare at her home and the overgrown yard has been a great place for snakes and spiders to live in.
