Hi, welcome back to another video on the channel. This has been in the works for a while but it's finally out! Today we're taking a look at the iMac G3 Blueberry, first released in 1998. This computer single-handedly saved Apple from the depths of bankruptcy. Hard to believe, but yes Apple was once on hard times. The first iMac has always struck me as the start of modern-day computing, and today I finally have the chance to look at one. Spoiler alert, things didn't go my way..
The iMac G3 was first released in 1998. It started off at a pretty reasonable price of $1299 and later came with different colours and a range of specifications. They were intended for budget day-to-day computing use but altered the way we perceive computers today.
