The Max Headroom signal hijacking incident occurred on November 22nd 1987 that took over a Chicago local television broadcast briefly for about 30 seconds, then again two hours later for roughly 90 seconds. In this video, it took me an extra day after work to learn the edit for it and it lasts for 16 or so minutes. Oops.
