Ghosting is a rappelling technique where you retrieve your rope without leaving anything behind. All the ones we show you in this video have a trigger, or a loose strand that you don’t want to pull until you do, as it will undo the fancy slip knot you tied at the anchor. If you do this wrong, it could come undone and you’ll die fast. If you do it wrong another way, the rope could get stuck and you’ll not be able to get out, dying slowly.
