It affects our energy levels… even our ability to breathe healthily! And it’s not just sitting, either. Many aspects of our current lifestyles cause serious damage - including staring at a computer screen all day, performing workouts that only focus on mirror muscles, consuming copious amounts of stimulants, getting into arguments online, commuting, wearing restrictive clothing… In this video, I address some of the biggest detriments to our health and the things we can do to address them.
