According to the Northeast Economic Engine Report, here are 5 farming industries to consider if you want to get your hands dirty, leave cities, grow your own food, or even hobby farm. None of this has to be done on a massive, commercial scale.
In fact, I think we may see more $ awarded to small farms through the USDA in the coming years. Everyone is aware the massive ag conglomerates are not doing right by the environment.
