The TASTIEST Breakfast In Đà Lạt: Bánh Căn | Iconic Street Foods Of Đà Lạt

First one of the ultimate street foods you can eat in Da Lat, Banh Can. A rice flour batter cooked up over a claypot stove and then topped with an egg how you like it. Then the main part of this meal, when the steaming hot Banh can are delivered to your table, you then dip them in your flavor packed sauce. A mixture of mam nem, fried scallions, mango, chili, and more. An absolute explosion of flavor and one of my favorite meals in Da Lat at a small locals stall. Next, we had to head to the market for me to look for some nuts. I didn’t find my nuts, but a lady sure did win me over when she let me sample the bap ran. After the market, we headed to another must eat dish in Da lat, the Banh Uot Long Ga. A dish of rice sheets, Da Lat’s famous chicken, herbs, spices, and more all tossed in a bowl. We went to one of the most well known spots in Da Lat and well known for good reason. This banh Uot Long Ga was packed with flavor, yet was light enough that I felt like I could eat it every single day. Finally, you can’t talk about Da Lat without mentioning avocado. This time I had my avocado in the form of Kem Bơ. An avocado smoothie topped with some coconut ice cream.
