Based on hundreds of internal company documents, Zembla reveals that Dupont knew for decades that the PFAS they used were dangerous and were spreading throughout the environment. Confidential memo’s, meeting reports and handwritten notes show that, going back as far as the early 60’s, the industry was well aware of the risks its invention posed for human health and the environment.
