THE LOST WORLD: JURASSIC PARK (1997) MOVIE REACTION - FIRST TIME WATCHING - REVIEW

Welcome to my first time watching as we react to The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997). Diving back into the world of dinosaurs there are a lot of elements to enjoy in this film, a lot of exciting sequences, suspense and of course jaw-dropping visual effects. In "The Lost World: Jurassic Park," we follow Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) as he returns to a new island filled with dinosaurs. This time, he's not alone! With a team of adventurers, including Julianne Moore and Vince Vaughn, they face off against prehistoric predators and corporate greed. There was an improvement in the practical effects department which was already impressive and as close to perfection as you could get at the time. Any time we had a physical dinosaur on screen we were instantly overwhelmed with the same sense of awe. The effects in this one still hold up and somehow this film looks even better from a cinematography point of view. We hope that you enjoy our reactions, commentary and review as we discuss the film's groundbreaking special effects, suspenseful storyline, and unforgettable characters. From the heart-pounding scenes of having two T. rex attack an RV simultaneously to seeing the velociraptor's agility as they coordinate an attack this movie, although not as incredibly good as the first one was, is a phenomenal time.
