The King: A Fog Sudoku That May Leave You Emotional

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE *** We have had so many recommendations to try Justin Vitanza's sudoku "The King", which is an intriguing looking fog-of-war puzzle. (And just wait until you read the rules.) All we can say is that this is one of the most memorable sudokus we're likely to solve all year. Let us know what you think! The King's Law states that for a digit X, exactly X instances of the digit X are a king's move away from another instance of the digit X. However, two of the digits 1-9 (to be deduced) are rebellious and do not abide by this law. In fact, a rebellious digit is never a king's move away from another instance of itself. The grid is partially covered with fog.
