The Forgotten E-Reader Battles of Pokémon Gen 3

We may have amiibo cards today... sort of, but back in the day, Pokémon games could only be enhanced using the even rarer E-Reader cards. These have earned most of their fame from the Trading Card Game, but unique battle cards worked on Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire, Emerald, Colosseum and FireRed and LeafGreen as well. The Pokémon Battle e series is one the most unknown parts of Pokémon's long history, so I suggest we change that and take a look at what they had to offer back in the 2000's.
