This is the fastest and easiest way that I've come up with for crowning and polishing your frets (aka dressing your frets). It involves the Baroque fret crowning file, some ultra fine automotive sandpaper, and a dremel with a cloth wheel and polishing compound. All in all, it takes about 60 seconds to crown and polish a fret, making it so I can do an entire fretboard in less than a half hour. Thats fast!
