In this video I put the Pyxis through some initial testing to get a feel for this new box-style cinema camera and how it compares to my RED Komodo and LUMIX cameras. Blackmagic loaned me this camera - this is not a sponsored video and no money has changed hands. They didn't get to review this video before it went out.
Pretty much everything in this video is shot handheld in BRAW
5:1 compression, with a mix of anamorphic on the Blazar Remus and spherical on the DZOFilm Arles.
Big thanks to Cinegearpro for helping me rig the camera at short notice: https://www.cinegearpro.co.uk/
