I made chocolate chip cookies this time.
I baked a large cookie dough at a high temperature to make soft cookies.

▶Ingredients for 10 -11 cookies
200g unsalted butter
150g white sugar
80g brown sugar
1 L egg
1 tsp vanilla
260g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
pinch of salt
150g dark chocolate
▶Method :
In a bowl, mix butter with white and brown sugar and salt and mix well until a smooth paste
Add an egg and mix until combined
Add vanilla, flour, soda, and baking powder, and mix everything well until you get a dough.
Add chocolate and mix until combined, do not over-mix.
With an ice cream scoop, divide the dough into 10 - 11 parts.
freeze the dough for 25 min.
preheat the oven to 180C / 356F.
Divide the dough into 2 pans, each baking pan with 5 cookie doughs ( make sure they have enough space.
bake for 13 min.
While it's hot add some chocolate on top of each chocolate cookie.
let them cool down before you touch them.
Chocolate cookies are soft inside and crispy outside, which is why we bake them at high temperatures.
