Episode Two sees Matt hitting the road as he departs Adelaide and heads north to continue his epic journey through the heart of Australia. First stop: the picturesque Clare Valley, where he visits the renowned Pikes Beer Co to sample their signature brews. He spends the night at the charming Watervale Hotel, soaking in local hospitality and cuisine. Along the way, Matt takes a detour to marvel at the vibrant Pink Lake, a natural wonder that has to be seen to be believed.
