Taking My Ford Focus ST to the Next Level: A Year of Upgrades Prepping for the Ultimate 600BHP Build

In today’s video, I’m thrilled to walk you through a massive upgrade journey for my Ford Focus Mk2 ST—nearly a year in the making! We’ve packed in a range of mods and special treatments to get it one step closer to the ultimate 600BHP performance build I’m kicking off in the new year. To start, we gave the Focus a fresh new look with a custom respray by Asbo Autos in Callington, bringing out a bold style that truly stands out. Next, I headed over to Team Impulse in Watford, where we completed an incredible audio build sponsored by Pioneer. Big thanks to Pioneer for elevating the sound experience to the next level! For handling, we swapped out my old BC DE coilovers for new Bilstein B16s—perfect for managing the BIG power upgrades to come. To match this setup, we fitted new Michelin PS4S tyres, providing the grip and performance needed as the build heads toward serious power figures. To protect the ST long-term, I had the Ice Blasters come to BD Performance for a deep clean and rust-proofing treatment. Their process shields the car against rust and dirt build-up, keeping it sharp and resilient for the future. On a personal note, I want to share that I’ve been dealing with some family and health challenges recently, which have impacted my consistency on the channel.
